Snow on the sidewalk did not distract from a very pleasant run with Lesley, Jack, Rick, Fiona, Ivana and John Mason. A cool, but still night saw our merry band take on the 8 and 10km routes with gay abandon.
More mild weather and the bunch of us split into groups to either do speed reps or a gentle 8km run. Present were Lesley, Jack, Rick, Fiona, Mark C, Mark M, Rachel, Helen and Gordon.
A mild and dry evening saw Lesley, Mark C, Rick and Bill enjoy a gentle run around the village.
Valentines Day saw quite a few runners leave our loved ones for a lovely run around Banchory with Elsbeth, Gill, Helen, young Lesley, Wendy, Paul, Rachel, Gordon, Bill, Jack and the two marathon runners of Sunday – Mark and Lesley. Well done for making it tonight.
Fresh snow everywhere did not deter the eight of us from cruising around the 8 and 9km courses in a lovely social run. Enjoyed by Ivana, Paul, Fiona, Lesley, Rick, Mark C, Gordon and Jack.
Hill reps tonight on Grant, Lawson and Wilson roads turned out to be quite refreshing in the pouring rain. Most did the reps and a few ran the 8km route. In attendance were Ali, Helen, Wendy, Sandy, Jack, Rachel, Lesley, Seb, Stan, Paul, Fiona, Rick and Elsbeth.
A fine Thursday turnout with Mark C, Rachel, Fiona, Rick, Gordon, Lesley, John M, Mark M and Jack. Mark Crawford is training for the D33 so he and a few other opted for the 10k route to help build up their mileage. Otherwise runners used the 8k route on another mild, pleasant evening for a run.
This was a well attended Castle run on a dark, damp, but relatively mild evening with Paul, Fiona, Ali, young Lesley, Jack, Mark C, Mark M, Bill, Lesley, Gordon, Rick, Seb, Wendy and Helen.
