Perfect evening for a run with Ali-out-the-woodwork, Gordon, Elsbeth, Jack, both Marks, Jan, Paul and Sarah.

Lesley and Wendy were out helping Bill with the Couch to 5k training.

There’s nothing quite like a quick dash up Scolty to blow the cobwebs from the mind. Happy running in the sun by Sarah, Rick, Mark M, Mark C, Rachel and John Mac.

Pleasant and mild evening run with Colin, Patrick, Wendy, Lesley Young, Sarah, Jack and John. We used the 5 and 8k routes. Bill, Jan and Lynsey were busy up at Burnett Park with the C25K running event.

Small turnout with Mark M, Rick and Patrick who all ran the flat 8k route. Jack at C25K course and Fiona was injured following a walking incident. We wish her a speedy recovery in time for her inaugural marathon in Sterling in 8 days time.

Pleasant evening for a run with Mark C and Mark M, Paul, Sarah, Rick, Helen and Wendy. Jack and Fiona were across at Burnett Park with the C25K running league.

We’re graced with yet another sunny and almost warm day for a pleasant evening run through Scolty Woodlands for some and the top tower for others. Runners were Irene, Mark and Mark, Rick and Jack. Then we had two runners join us for the first time. Please join me in welcoming Martin and Patrick to the club.
