I have to say that when I scheduled a club run for tonight, I did wonder if we would have any takers. I’m sure everyone is saving themselves for the Lumphanan Detox on Saturday. Whatever the reason, I had the rare opportunity to run alone and enjoyed a gentle 8k thereby taking the moment and saving most of myself on the outside chance that I will make it to the Detox.
