A cold, clear night but without wind or rain, made for a pleasant run with good friends. Lesley had a few of us doing the 10k route, or a close facsimile of it, while others chose the popular 8k option. John Mac pulled a muscle coming down Mount Street and was rescued by a helpful resident who was good enough to run him home. Also present were Bill, Sandy, Mark, Rachel, Fiona,Jack and John Mason.
