Jack, Bill, Lesley, John Mac, Mark and John ran a fartlek up the Hill of Banchory. I’m not sure how much “speed” and how much “play” was involved, but we all ran as hard as we could from Tesco to Raemoir Road, then took it easy for the balance of the 8k route. Good fun.
