This is what running is really about – fine weather, fresh forest roads and no traffic. We are indeed blessed to live and run in this beautiful valley. Good turnout with Sam, Paula, Carine, Gordon, Dave, Lesley, Chris, Bill, Jack, Helen, John and young Lesley. Most did 7 or 8km but John and dog took off into the distance leaving us all in his dust, and completed an 11km circuit – go John!
