A warm and dry evening saw a good turnout for speed reps on Burn o’Bennie road. About half the field punished themselves under the watchful eye of coach Bill while the other half ran the 8k route through Banchory. Welcome to Colin who introduced his daughter Kim for the JogScotland training that starts soon.
