A bright clear evening and a joy to run in the woods with Rob, Jack, Dave, Lesley, Nick, Fiona, Morag, Shirley, Sandy, Vivien, Paul, Lizzy Mc and Ali. Bit of a nip in the air reminds us that autumn is around the corner. There were takers for the 5km, 7km and 8km routes.
