Our Rotational Engineer program gives engineering college graduates a chance to gain cross-functional experience and a broad understanding of the robust engineering capabilities across our business. 

Oshkosh Corporation offers a one-year apprenticeship program for high school seniors interested in a career in STEM.  As an apprentice at Oshkosh, you’ll learn core technical engineering skills from our talented team of engineering professionals, completing 450 hours of paid project work designed to prepare you both for college and a career in engineering.
